Common use of Security Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Security Responsibility. Company will provide Client with a single user account (with login credentials) on the E365 Platform (the “Client Portal”). Client shall be responsible for controlling access to the Client Portal and maintaining security of Client’s login credentials. Furthermore, Client will at all times be primarily liable for all Ticket purchases made through the Client Portal.
