Select Settings Sample Clauses

The 'Select Settings' clause establishes the process by which parties choose specific options or parameters relevant to the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how selections are made, such as designating service levels, delivery methods, or other customizable features, often through a schedule or appendix. Its core function is to ensure that both parties clearly agree on the particular settings or configurations that will govern their relationship, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over expectations.
