Common use of Selected Deliverables Clause in Contracts

Selected Deliverables. In consideration for Client’s performance of its obligations hereunder, including receipt by DBTS of the fees described in the SO and applicable SOW(s), DBTS will provide the Deliverables in accordance with the development and/or delivery schedule(s) and all other terms and conditions set forth in the SO and applicable SOW(s).
