Selection Information. The selection of the successful firm will be made by a committee, appointed by the Director of Parks & Recreation, using a Proposals Based Rating System universal to all interviews, copy attached. Rating forms will be made public after the contract has been negotiated, awarded and executed. The City of Cheyenne retains the right to reject any and all submittals with or without cause. The City also reserves the right to consider and rely upon factors other than pricing in its selection process. Selection Information. 1. The Employer shall provide the following information under the following circumstances: (a) When a senior candidate is not successful in a selection process and requests a selection process debrief, a member of the Interview Panel will meet with the senior candidate to debrief the selection process by discussing the senior candidate’s strengths and shortcomings.   • Transaction Information The Adviser shall furnish to the Trust such information concerning portfolio transactions as may be necessary to enable the Trust or its designated agent to perform such compliance testing on the Funds and the Adviser’s services as the Trust may, in its sole discretion, determine to be appropriate.   • CONTRACT INFORMATION Enterprise Services shall maintain and provide to eligible Purchasers information regarding this Contract, including scope, pricing, and lowest responsive, responsible bidder designation. In addition, Enterprise Services identifies awarded contractors who qualify as Washington Small Businesses, Certified Veteran-Owned Businesses, or that, pursuant to the Contract provide Services that meet specified state procurement priorities as set forth in the Competitive Solicitation.
