SELECTION OF PERSONNEL. The Superintendent or designee is responsible for recruitment and hiring of all Educational Support Professionals when needed. All applicants for the positions will file applications and be screened by the Superintendent or designee. Each new employee is hired on a probationary basis for ninety (90) days. At the end of that period and based upon satisfactory performance, employment status will be appropriately assigned.
