semesters Clause Samples
The 'semesters' clause defines the specific academic periods during which certain obligations, rights, or activities under the agreement are in effect. Typically, this clause outlines the start and end dates of each semester, and may specify how deliverables, payments, or services are scheduled in alignment with these academic terms. By clearly delineating the relevant timeframes, the clause ensures that all parties have a mutual understanding of when responsibilities begin and end, thereby preventing confusion and disputes related to timing.
