Seniority Lists. 16.01 The Company agrees to post separate seniority lists for full- time and part-time employees, twice a year, on March 1 and September 1 of each year. Employees, who wish to question their seniority, must do so within thirty days of such posting. If no challenge is made within thirty days, the employee's seniority shall be deemed correct. A copy of the list will be sent to the local union office and to the Union Chairperson or designate.
