Common use of Seniority Lists Clause in Contracts

Seniority Lists. The Employer will prepare seniority lists of all employees and present them to the Union within thirty (30) days of the signing of this Agreement. Said lists will commence with the most senior employee, and carry on downward to the most junior employee and shall include addresses and telephone numbers. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with a revised seniority list upon request.
