Common use of Seniority While on Leave Clause in Contracts

Seniority While on Leave. Employees will not accrue seniority credit for time spent on authorized unpaid leave of absence. Vacation, sick leave, holidays and other similar benefits will not be earned while on unpaid leave of absence.
