Common use of Separate Fund Clause in Contracts

Separate Fund. All Grant funds received must be maintained in a separate fund dedicated to the charitable purposes described in this agreement. Such a separate fund may be either (1) a physically separate bank account restricted to the descried charitable purposes, or (2) a separate bookkeeping account, restricted to the described charitable purposes, maintained as a part of your financial records.
