Port Services Clause Samples

The Port Services clause defines the obligations and rights of parties regarding the provision and use of services at a port, such as loading, unloading, storage, and related logistical support. It typically outlines which party is responsible for arranging and paying for these services, and may specify standards or requirements for service providers. By clearly allocating responsibilities and costs associated with port operations, this clause helps prevent disputes and ensures efficient coordination during the vessel's stay at the port.
