Common use of Series Termination Clause in Contracts

Series Termination. On the Series 2018-A Final Maturity Date, the unpaid principal amount of the Series 2018-A Notes shall be due and payable, and the right of the Series 2018-A Noteholders to receive payments from the Issuer will be limited solely to the right to receive payments pursuant to Section 5.5 of the Indenture.

On the Series 20182024-A 1 Final Maturity Date, the unpaid principal amount of the Series 20182024-A 1 Notes shall be due and payable, and the right of the Series 20182024-A 1 Noteholders to receive payments from the Issuer will be limited solely to the right to receive payments pursuant to Section 5.5 5.05 of the Indenture. References to the Series Termination Date in Articles IV and V of the Indenture shall be deemed to be references to the Series 2024-1 Final Maturity Date.

On the Series 20182023-A 1 Final Maturity Date, the unpaid principal amount of the Series 20182023-A 1 Notes shall be due and payable, and the right of the Series 20182023-A 1 Noteholders to receive payments from the Issuer will be limited solely to the right to receive payments pursuant to Section 5.5 5.05 of the Indenture. References to the Series Termination Date in Articles IV and V of the Indenture shall be deemed to be references to the Series 2023-1 Final Maturity Date.
