Common use of Served Population Clause in Contracts

Served Population. Grantee shall serve people experiencing homelessness, as defined by the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing’s (HSH) Definitions and those who are eligible for Problem Solving, as defined by the HSH Problem Solving Guide.
