Common use of Service Access Clause in Contracts

Service Access. Palantir shall make available the Service to Customer, subject to the condition precedent set forth in Section 8.4, during the applicable Order Term solely for use by Customer and its Users in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Documentation for Customer’s internal business purposes, or as otherwise set forth in an Order Form.

Service Access. Palantir shall make available the Service to Customer, subject to the condition precedent subsequent set forth in Section 8.42.8, during the applicable Order Term solely for use by Customer and its Users in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Documentation for Customer’s internal business purposes, or (if applicable) as provided explicitly otherwise set forth in an Order Submission Form.
