Service Agent. The Issuer irrevocably appoints WisdomTree UK Limited (the “Service Agent”) of ▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, London, EC4N 7AF, United Kingdom to receive, for it and on its behalf, service of any document to be served on the Issuer under this Deed. If for any reason the Service Agent is unable to act as such, the Issuer will promptly notify the Trustee and within 30 days appoint a substitute agent for service of process acceptable to the Trustee.
