Service and System Limitations
System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the ISO OATT.
Service Limitations The FCC requires that Provider provide E911 Service to all Customers who use Provider Services within the United States. Sections 13.2-13.8 apply to all Customers who use Provider Services within the United States. Section 13.9 applies to all Customers.
Service Levels All service level requirements will be set forth in Exhibit A (“▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Referral Service Level Requirements”). Recipient ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to adhere, and encourage Recipient Agent’s adherence, with the version of the ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Referral Service Level Requirements in effect at the time ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ identifies the Referral to Recipient Broker/Agent.
