Service Bureau Provider Arrangement for Shared Access to OSS Sample Clauses
The Service Bureau Provider Arrangement for Shared Access to OSS clause defines the terms under which a third-party service bureau is permitted to access and use an Operations Support System (OSS) on behalf of multiple clients. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of access, security requirements, and any limitations on data sharing or system usage by the service bureau. By establishing clear rules for shared access, the clause ensures that the OSS is used appropriately, protects sensitive information, and clarifies the responsibilities of all parties involved, thereby reducing the risk of misuse or unauthorized access.
