Service Commencement. The Provider shall commence provision of the Services described in Schedule 2 (Statement of Requirements) on the Contract Effective Date on and from which date the Authority shall be entitled to issue Accommodation Requests and Orders, which are issued via the Authority’s MIP, to the Provider in respect of Service Users.
