Common use of Service Commencement Clause in Contracts

Service Commencement. 4.1 Subject to satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent (as set out in Section 6 of Module A), the Provider shall commence delivery of the Services on 1st September 2011 (the “Anticipated Service Commencement Date”). 4.2 If the Conditions Precedent (set out in Section 6 of Module A) are not satisfied in full by the Anticipated Service Commencement Date or Longstop Date where applicable, then, subject to the termination right in clause 35.5.8 of the Agreement not being exercised, the Provider shall commence delivery of the Services on but not before the date that the Conditions Precedent (set out in Section 6 of Module A) are satisfied and such date shall be recorded in Section 4.3 of Module A (below) (the “Delayed Service Commencement Date”).
