Service Coordinator. The County and the City each shall designate in writing thirty days prior to the expected Commencement Date a person to transmit instructions, receive information and otherwise coordinate service matters arising pursuant to this Agreement (each a “Service Coordinator”). Either party may designate a successor or substitute Service Coordinator at any time by notice to the other party.
