Common use of Service Data Clause in Contracts

Service Data. Customer acknowledges and agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇ may collect and store any derived data resulting from Customer’s use of the Lukka Offerings (excluding Customer Data) hereunder (collectively, “Service Data”). Lukka may aggregate such Service Data with similar data obtained from other Lukka customers and Lukka may use such aggregated and anonymized data in order to improve the Lukka Offerings. All such Service Data shall be solely owned by Lukka.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that ▇L▇▇▇▇ may collect and store any data derived data resulting from Customer’s use of the Lukka Offerings (excluding and Customer Pricing Data) hereunder (collectively. Customer also acknowledges and agrees that Lukka may, “Service Data”). Lukka may aggregate to the extent it first anonymizes any such Service Data data and aggregates any such data with similar data obtained from other Lukka customers or from other pricing API sources, in each case consistent with Lukka’s then current Data Use Policy, a copy of which is available to Customer upon its written request (as aggregated and Lukka may anonymized, such data, “Service Data”), use such aggregated and anonymized data Service Data in order to provide and improve the Lukka Offerings. All such Service Data shall be solely owned by Lukka.
