Service Level Enhancement. 4.7.1 The parties to this Agreement acknowledge the need to maintain and enhance customer service levels. 4.7.2 The Shire of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and its employees will identify work improvements to improve service levels and quantifiable performance indicators. 4.7.3 Some suggested work practice improvements may include – • Developing in conjunction with staff/managers, communicating and implementing the Organisation Planning Framework including Service Delivery and Operational Plans • Customer satisfaction and focus • Team and area work procedures • Equipment efficiency and effectiveness • Employees skills levels including multi skilling options • Community and customer consultation initiatives. • Quality improvement
