Common use of Service Level Reviews Clause in Contracts

Service Level Reviews. The BSP may conduct a service level review at least once per 12-month period or as required with the agreement of Datec. At least annually the parties will review the Service Levels to determine whether they still reflect the requirements of the BSP.
