Service linkages Clause Samples

The 'Service linkages' clause defines how different services or components within an agreement are connected or interdependent. It typically outlines the relationships between primary and ancillary services, specifying how the performance or availability of one service may affect others. For example, if a core software platform relies on a third-party hosting service, this clause would clarify the implications if the hosting service experiences downtime. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency about dependencies, helping parties understand the potential impact of service disruptions and allocate responsibility accordingly.
