Service Method. Service of communication by mail will be deemed to have been effected on the second Business Day after posting. Service by personal delivery will be deemed to have been effected at the time of such delivery.
Service Method. Any notice may be served by delivery in person or by post or transmission by facsimile to the address or number of the recipient and shall be effective for the purposes of this Agreement upon delivery to the recipient or production to the sender of a facsimile transmittal confirmation report.
Service Method. Any notice to or by a party under this Agreement must be in writing and signed by the sender and may be served by: delivery in person or by mail post or transmission by facsimile or email to the addresses specified for Client in Schedule A Item 3; and for Intellect IT in Schedule A Item 1. The parties consent to the use of electronic means to send and receive communications and accept these as signed writing. An identification code (called a “user ID”) contained in an electronic document is sufficient to verify the sender’s identity and the document’s authenticity.
Service Method. Consultants will determine the method, details, and means of performing the above described services. ERHC shall not have the right to, and shall not control the manner or determine the method of accomplishing the Consultant's services.
Service Method. 3.1 Party B shall independently establish a team to provide consulting and intermediary services for Party A, with personnel costs borne by Party B;

3.3 At the beginning of each month, Party A shall inform Party B of the month’s purchase and sales plan, and Party B shall liaise and recommend suppliers and purchasers accordingly;
3.4 All taxes and fees arising from the trade process, including VAT, stamp tax, transfer fees, etc., shall be borne by Party A.
Service Method. Technical support services of all GeoVision products, hardware and software, are provided on a remote basis, via e‐mail, online forum, documentations and/or telephone conversations. Note that all operational services are provided on a remote basis, via remote support software such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer, with the Customer providing the accounts of access required. Onsite service may only be provided when deemed necessary and with additional service charges applied.
Service Method. 3.1 Party B shall independently establish a team to provide consulting and intermediary services for Party A, and Party B shall bear the personnel costs independently;

3.3 At the beginning of each month, Party A shall inform Party B of the purchase and sales plan for the month, and Party B shall liaise and recommend relevant suppliers and purchasers according to Party A's monthly plan and notify Party A for transactions based on current market conditions;
3.4 All taxes and fees arising during the trade process shall be borne by Party A, including but not limited to VAT, stamp duty, transfer fees, and all other taxes and fees related to the trade.
Service Method. 4.1 Unless otherwise requested by the PURCHASER's customer, the Product shall be serviced by replacement with new Product through the customer's Parts Distribution Center (PDC), per the following basic steps:
(a) the PURCHASER sells new Product to its customer at normal sales price for PDC inventory purposes.
(b) the PURCHASER's customer sells the Product to the automotive dealer as a service part at the customer's normal dealer net price.
(c) The automotive dealer uses the new Product to replace the defective Product.
(d) In case of in-warranty replacement, the automotive dealer recovers parts and labor expenses by submitting a warranty claim to the PURCHASER's customer. Reference Section 3.3.
(e) Unless other arrangement is requested from time to time by SUPPLIER, the PURCHASER, or the customer, the automotive dealer disposes of the defective Product. Reference Section 4.2.
4.2 SUPPLIER and/or the PURCHASER may from time to time request access to defective Product that has been replaced by automotive dealers (per Section 4.1, items c and e) in order to perform quality analysis or related activities. Any costs billed to the PURCHASER by its customer for such retrieval shall be reimbursed in full by SUPPLIER.
4.3 SUPPLIER shall maintain Product availability for service purposes for a minimum of ten (10) years from the date of last sale of Product to end user, in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
Service Method. According to the agreement of the Parties, Party B may render services to Party A by ways of written materials, training seminars, emails, face-to-face meetings and other methods. Party B is willing to assign highly-competent professionals to provide asset management consulting services for Party A. The research results submitted by Party B shall be subject to Party A’s confirmation and signature, and Party A may communicate with Party B if it has any question.
