Common use of Service Notification Clause in Contracts

Service Notification. In order to provide equitable service to all customers, requests for routine, non-emergency or warranty service are required at least twenty-one (21) days in advance. In emergency situations, we will endeavor to accommodate a customer's request for immediate service depending upon availability of personnel.
