Service of Notice. Except as otherwise provided by law, Tenant hereby appoints as its agent to receive the service of all dispossessory or distraint proceedings and notices thereunder, the person in charge of or occupying the Premises at the time of such proceeding or notice; and if no person be in charge or occupying the Premises, then such service may be made by attaching the same to the front entrance of the Premises.

Service of Notice. Service of notice on the CM/GC that there has been breach of any warranty or guaranty will be sufficient to invoke the terms of the instrument.

Service of Notice. Written notice of termination shall be sent by: (i) personal messenger service; or (ii) certified mail, return receipt requested and first class mail.

Service of Notice. 31.1. Any notice or communication required to be given under this agreement shall be in writing, and shall be legally effective only when it is delivered to the addressee at the last known address in the manner prescribed in the operating instructions.

Service of a notice by certified mail shall be deemed complete upon the date of the postmark by certified mail. Either party may change the address for services of notice by written notice to the other party.

Service of Notice. Any notice, approval, consent, or other communication under this Agreement must be in writing, and delivered personally or given by prepaid registered post, email or facsimile to a Party at the address of that Party indicated in this Agreement, or to another address as that Party may from time to time notify to the other for the purposes of this clause.

Service of Notice. The notice of meeting referred to in Clause 11.3 may be given: (a) by delivering it personally to the Owner; (b) by sending it by post to the Owner at his last known address; or (c) by leaving it at the Owner’s Unit or depositing it in the letter box for that Unit.

Service of Notice. Any notice, consent, information, application or request that must or may be given or made to a Party under this Agreement is only given or made if it is in writing and sent in one of the following ways: (a) delivered or posted to that Party at its address set out in Item 9 of Schedule 1; or (b) faxed to that Party at its fax number set out in Item 9 of Schedule 1.
