Common use of Service of Clause in Contracts

Service of. PROCESS Each of the Obligors agrees that the process by which any Proceedings are begun may be served on it by being delivered in connection with any Proceedings in England, to Law Debenture Corporate Services Limited, Prin▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, London EC2V 7LC, or other its registered office for the time being. If the appointment of the person mentioned in this Clause 31.4 ceases to be effective in respect of any of the Obligors, such Obligor shall immediately appoint a further person in England to accept service of process on its behalf in England and, failing such appointment within 15 days, the Agent shall be entitled to appoint such a person by notice to such Obligor. Nothing contained herein shall affect the right to serve process in any other manner permitted by law.
