Service Order Changes Clause Samples
The Service Order Changes clause defines the process by which modifications to the scope, timing, or details of services under an existing service order can be requested and implemented. Typically, this clause outlines the steps both parties must follow to propose, review, and approve changes, such as submitting written requests and agreeing on any adjustments to pricing or deadlines. Its core function is to provide a structured and mutually agreed-upon method for handling changes, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over alterations to the original agreement.
