Common use of Service Payment Clause in Contracts

Service Payment. Class Counsel will file a motion requesting service payments to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or ▇▇▇▇▇ not to exceed $30,000 in the aggregate. Defendant will take no position regarding these requests, provided the requests made to the Court are consistent with this Section. As soon as practicable following the Effective Date, the Settlement Administrator will pay from the Settlement Amount any service payments awarded by the Court.
