Common use of Service Payments Clause in Contracts

Service Payments. 3.1 Party B shall pay Party A or Party A’s fiduciaries for service fees in a timely manner in accordance with the pricing and charging standards defined in this annex, the supplementary agreements of this annex (if any) and the execution documents. 3.2 If Party B fails to pay the relevant service fees as scheduled according to the provisions in this annex, the supplementary agreements of this annex (if any) and the execution documents, Party B shall pay Party A 0.05% of the overdue amount as fine for delaying payment every one (1) day (calendar day, hereinafter inclusive); if the payment is deferred for sixty (60) days, Party A may inform Party B in written form of the suspension of the service; if Party B fails to pay the relevant service fees within thirty (30) days upon the receipt of the written notification, Party A may declare the termination of the relevant services. However, the suspension or termination of the services will not affect the rights and obligations underway between the two Parties under this annex.
