Service Provision and Location. The Work Team may be required to undertake work and provide the Maternal and Child Health Services at any approved location within the municipality on any day according to a schedule agreed between the Work Team and the Work Unit Manager, taking into consideration the needs of the Work Unit, the community and the needs of employees. Changes to the agreed schedule will be made following consultation with the work team. 3.1.1. Council will maintain a team approach for the delivery of services to ensure appropriate workloads for nurses. Council, the Work Unit Manager, and the Work Team will work together to monitor workloads over the life of the Agreement to an appropriate industry standard.   • Service Provision Subject to, and in accordance with, the terms and conditions in this Agreement, the Operator will provide the Services (either directly or by making its facilities and services available to other Physicians) to: (a) those Clients of Physicians who arrange for use of the Facility for the purposes of providing surgical services to such Clients, or (b) in cases only where referral by a Physician is not required, those Clients who present themselves directly to the Operator and who request the Services, provided that in each instance, the provision of the Services requested is both clinically and ethically appropriate, constitutes the provision of a service which is Insured to a person eligible to receive those Services and is provided during the Term.

  • Ownership and Location of Metering Equipment The Metering Equipment to be constructed, the capability of the Metering Equipment to be constructed, and the ownership thereof, are identified on the attached Schedule C to this ISA.

  • Subcontracting for the Provision of Services (a) The parties acknowledge that, subject to the provisions of the Enabling Legislation, the HSP may subcontract the provision of some or all of the Services. For the purposes of this Agreement, actions taken or not taken by the subcontractor, and Services provided by the subcontractor, will be deemed actions taken or not taken by the HSP, and Services provided by the HSP. (b) When entering into a subcontract the HSP agrees that the terms of the subcontract will enable the HSP to meet its obligations under this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, the HSP will include a provision that permits the Funder or its authorized representatives, to audit the subcontractor in respect of the subcontract if the Funder or its authorized representatives determines that such an audit would be necessary to confirm that the HSP has complied with the terms of this Agreement. (c) Nothing contained in this Agreement or a subcontract will create a contractual relationship between any subcontractor or its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, affiliates or volunteers and the Funder. (d) When entering into a subcontract, the HSP agrees that the terms of the subcontract will enable the HSP to meet its obligations under the FLSA.

  • Location of Services The Purchaser’s data shall remain within the continental United States at all times and on computing and data storage devices residing therein. Contractor’s services shall be subject to the United States legal jurisdiction.

  • Duties and Location Executive shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with the position of CEO and such other duties as are assigned to Executive by the Board. Executive’s primary office location shall be the Company’s headquarters located in San Diego, California. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to (a) reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s duties at places other than Executive’s primary office location from time to time and to require reasonable business travel, and (b) modify Executive’s job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s needs and interests from time to time.
