Service Records. Sub-recipient recognizes that CCFN (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County’s LMB), as an agent of the State, maintains ownership of all files developed as a result of grant funding. Service records in any form generated or arising from the use of State funds provided under a contract of Community Partnership Agreement covered by the most recent LMB Policy and Procedures Manual are the sole and exclusive property of the State. The Sub-recipient will allow/provide access to all data produced as a result of the contract with CCFN. All records will be available for inspection at any time. Upon completion of services, service records must be maintained for five years by the Sub-recipient vendor.
