Service Request System. Envestnet will make the Service Request System available to FundQuest, FundQuest Clients and FQ Clients’, IARs for the purpose of collaborating and executing service requests.
Service Requests In support of services outlined in this Agreement, the Service Provider will respond to service related incidents and/or requests submitted by the Customer within the following time frames:

Sourcewell, including its agents and employees, will not be made a party to a claim for breach of such agreement.
