The Service Seniority clause establishes how an individual's length of service is determined and recognized within an organization. Service Seniority. A regular employee's service seniority shall be the length of continuous service in the Public Service of British Columbia. Service seniority for part-time employees shall be pro-rated on the basis of one year's service seniority for every 1827 hours completed.
