Common use of Service Subscription Fees Clause in Contracts

Service Subscription Fees. You will be responsible for payment of the applicable subscription fee for any Services (each, a “Service Subscription Fee”) at the time you select your applicable subscription package (each, a “Service Commencement Date”). Except as set forth in the Agreement, all fees for the Services are non-refundable. No contract will exist between you and Company for the Services until Company accepts your order by a confirmatory e-mail, SMS/MMS message, or other appropriate means of communication.
