Service Team. 1. Party B and Party C shall form independent service teams to coordinate and implement the Internet marketing services. 2. Service Team. The City is required to designate authorized treating physicians pursuant to §8-43-404(5)(a)(I)(A), C.R.S. The City Director of Risk Management will designate in writing the current COSH physicians as authorized treating physicians to the Medical Director at COSH by January 1, 2019. The authorized treating physicians will continue in that status until a claim is closed or a change in the authorized treating physicians is communicated to COSH by the Director of Risk Management. Physicians not designated as authorized treating physicians will not see, treat, or provide services to injured workers of the City. If a designated COSH provider exhibits a pattern of unprofessional behavior or one that is inconsistent with existing standards of medical care, then a plan of action and/or remediation for that provider will be mutually agreed upon and executed by the COSH Medical Director and the Director of Risk Management.

When ▇▇▇▇ is not working on site, it shall ensure that it can be reached and reply Party A’s questions and work requirements in time according to Party A’s requirements. The service content of ▇▇▇▇ himself shall be consistent with the provisions of Article 2 of this contract. (2) As required by Party A, Party B shall dispatch a consultant to assist ▇▇▇▇ in his work. During the first 3-6 months after the project starts, Party B shall guarantee to work with Party A’s financial personnel for 30-40 hours per week in the office space and office hours designated by Party A (in case of legal holidays, the work shall be carried out according to the legal vacation time). 6 months after the start of the project, the work arrangement of the consultant shall be consistent with the on-site work arrangement of ▇▇▇▇ himself in principle. If Party A has special requirements, it may be implemented according to the result of negotiation between Party A and Party B.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager.   • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • Project Steering Committee 1. For a sound implementation and management of the project, a steering committee shall be set up in line with provisions of the programme manual. 2. The steering committee is the decision-making body of the project and it shall be composed by representatives of the LP and all PPs duly authorised to represent the respective LP and PP institutions. It shall be chaired by the LP and it shall meet on a regular basis. Associated partners shall be invited to take part in the steering committee in an advisory capacity. External key stakeholders may also be invited to take part to one or more meetings in an observer/advisory capacity. 3. The steering committee shall at least: a. be responsible for monitoring and validating the implementation of the project and the achievement of the planned results as in the approved application form; b. perform the financial monitoring of the project implementation and to decide on any budget modifications as in § 11 of this agreement; c. monitor and manage deviations of the project implementation; d. decide on project modifications (e.g. partnership, budget, activities, and duration) if needed; e. be responsible for the settlement of any disputes within the partnership (as stipulated in § 22 of this agreement). 4. Further aspects, including the creation of sub-groups or task forces, may be set out in the rules of procedure of the steering committee.
