Common use of SERVICE TEST Clause in Contracts

SERVICE TEST. (a) AEMO may require the Service Provider to carry out a Service Test if the Registered Service Equipment does not operate at a level equal to or greater than the Maximum Service Quantity at any time in a 6-month period. (b) If the Registered Service Equipment fails a Service Test, the Service is taken to be Unavailable from the Trading Interval in which AEMO reasonably considers the Registered Service Equipment failed the Service Test until the Registered Service Equipment passes a Service Test or AEMO otherwise reasonably considers the Service is Available.

SERVICE TEST. (a) AEMO may require the Service Provider to carry out a Service Test if the Registered Service Equipment does not operate at a level equal to or greater than the Maximum Service Quantity at any time in a 6-3- month period. (b) If the Registered Service Equipment fails a Service Test, the Service is taken to be Unavailable from the Trading Interval in which AEMO reasonably considers the Registered Service Equipment failed the Service Test until the Registered Service Equipment passes a Service Test or AEMO otherwise reasonably considers the Service is Available.

SERVICE TEST. (a) AEMO may require the Service Provider to carry out a Service Test if if: (a) the Registered Unregistered Service Equipment does not operate at a level equal to or greater than the Maximum Service Quantity for the relevant Trading Interval in the Service Period at any time in a 63-month period.; or (b) If the Registered Actual Service Quantity for the Unregistered Service Equipment fails a Service Test, is less than 80% of the Service is taken to be Unavailable from quantity specified in an Activation Notice for the Trading Interval in which AEMO reasonably considers the Registered Service Equipment failed the Service Test until the Registered Service Equipment passes a Service Test or AEMO otherwise reasonably considers the Service is AvailableInterval.
