Service to New Areas. If the territorial boundaries of the City are expanded during the term of this Franchise, the Company shall, to the extent permitted by law, extend service to Residents in the expanded area at the earliest practicable time provided the expanded area is within the Company’s PUC-certificated service territory. Service to the expanded area shall be in accordance with the terms of the Tariffs and this Franchise, including the payment of Franchise Fees.
Service to New Areas. If during the term of this franchise the boundaries of the Grantor are expanded, the Grantor will promptly notify Grantee in writing of any geographic areas annexed by the Grantor during the term hereof (“Annexation Notice”). Any such Annexation Notice shall be sent to Grantee by certified mail, return receipt requested, and shall contain the effective date of the annexation, maps showing the annexed area and such other information as Grantee may reasonably require in ascertaining whether there exist any customers of Grantee receiving natural gas service in said annexed area. To the extent there are such customers therein, then the revenue of Grantee derived from the retail sale of natural gas to such customers shall become subject to the franchise fee provisions hereof effective on the first day of Grantee’s billing cycle immediately following Franchisee’s receipt of the Annexation Notice. The failure by the Grantor to advise Grantee in writing through proper Annexation Notice of any geographic areas which are annexed by the Grantor shall relieve Grantee from any obligation to remit any franchise fees to Grantor based upon revenues derived by Grantee from the retail sale of natural gas to customers within the annexed area prior to Grantor delivering an Annexation Notice to Grantee in accordance with the terms hereof.

Service to New Areas. If, during the term of this Franchise, the municipal boundaries of the Town are expanded within United Power’s Service Area, United Power shall extend service to residents of the newly incorporated areas, and United Power shall be paid therefor, in accordance with United Power’s extension policy set forth in its Tariffs at the earliest practicable time. Service to annexed areas shall be in accordance with the terms of this Franchise Agreement, including payment of franchise fees as defined in Section 3.1 of this Franchise.

All new electric distribution Facilities shall be installed underground to the extent reasonably practicable unless waived in writing by the City.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall: • provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring; • perform all terminations; and • supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.
