Common use of SERVICE USER HEALTH RECORDS Clause in Contracts

SERVICE USER HEALTH RECORDS. 1. The Provider must create, maintain, store and retain Service User health records for all Service Users. The Provider must retain Service User health records for the periods of time required by Law and securely destroy them thereafter in accordance with any applicable Guidance. B13.2. The Provider must: a) use Service User health records solely for the execution of the Provider’s obligations under this Contract; and b) give each Service User full and accurate information regarding his/her treatment and Services received.
