SERVICE WITH PREDECESSOR EMPLOYER. (If Vesting or Eligibility requirements will apply to Matching Contributions as described in Section N of this Agreement and/or Non- Matching Contributions as described in Section Q of this Agreement, check and complete box 1 OR box 2 OR box 3.) "Predecessor employer" means a governmental employer that served the same functions as the current employer or has employees whose jobs were merged into the current employer. ✔ 1 This section is N/A because there are no predecessor employers. 2.
