SERVICE YEAR. (9.1) The basic service for all employees shall include one hundred eighty seven (187) days, including not more than one hundred eighty (180) days of school. One (1) additional day of in-service and two (2) additional induction program days will be scheduled for new employees. In the event that additional time is mandated without full state funding of the additional time, bargaining on the salary schedule will be re-opened per Code section 20.
