Common use of Service Clause in Contracts

Service. ▇▇▇▇ The service ▇▇▇▇ of the Fund and the Series and the name "Aetna" have been adopted by the Fund with the permission of Aetna Services, Inc. (formerly known as Aetna Life and Casualty Company) and their continued use is subject to the right of Aetna Services, Inc. to withdraw this permission in the event the Adviser or another affiliated corporation of Aetna Services, Inc. should not be the investment adviser of the Series.
