Services Access. You are responsible and liable for: (a) Your use of the Services, including unauthorized conduct and conduct that would violate this Agreement; and (b) any use of the Services through Your account or passwords, whether authorized or not.
Services Access. 4.1 In relation to the Authorised Users, Customer undertakes that: (a) it will not allow or suffer a User Password to be used by more than one Authorised User unless it has first been reassigned in its entirety to another individual Authorised User, in which case the prior Authorised User will no longer have any right to access or use the Services; (b) it will promptly disable an Authorised User's account access to, and use of, the Services when such Authorised User ceases to require access to the Services; (c) each Authorised User will keep their User Password secure, shall change their password every sixty (60) days or more frequently and that the User Password is kept confidential; (d) it will maintain a written, up to date list of current Authorised Users and provide such list to AMCS within five (5) Business Days of AMCS' written request at any time; (e) it will ensure that access to the Services by Authorised Users is appropriate at all times. This shall include approving, maintaining and removing access and User Passwords as required; and, (f) it shall implement logical access controls to provide reasonable assurance that unauthorised access to the Services is prevented and/or restricted. If Customer discovers that access and a User Password has been issued to a person who is not an Authorised User, Customer will promptly disable access and the password of, and will not issue a new User Password to, such person. 4.2 Customer will: (a) provide AMCS with all necessary timely co-operation and access in relation to the Implementation and this Agreement, including relevant security access information and configuration services; in the event of any delays attributable to Customer, AMCS may adjust any timetable or delivery schedule as reasonably necessary; (b) comply with all applicable laws and regulations with respect to its activities under this Agreement including the DPL; (c) ensure that the Services are used in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and hold AMCS harmless for its acts or omissions as well as those of its contractors and agents; (d) ensure that its networks and systems comply with any specifications provided by AMCS and will be solely responsible for procuring and maintaining its network connections and telecommunications links from its systems to AMCS' data centres and systems, and all problems, conditions, delays, delivery failures and all other loss or damage arising from or relating to its network connections ...
Services Access. Access to the Service is done thanks to the Connection Ids of the User who must fill these in on the connection page of the Application. The User recognizes that his or her Connection Ids are strictly personal and confidential and commits to keeping them secret and not disclose them in any form to a third party or person. MAILOOP can in no way be held responsible for any identity fraud or theft or fraud or theft of the Users Connections Ids. The Parties recognize that any access to the Application done with the Connection Ids of the User will be supposed to have been done by the User, since MAILOOP does not have the obligation nor the technical means to verify and be certain of the identity of the person accessing the application.
Services Access. During the applicable subscription period for each Instance of Software purchased from Services Provider for use in the Portal you will be eligible to receive Services to be provided by SIOS. You will need to register via the portal to receive Services, and you will need to download available fixes, updates, upgrades, modifications directly from SIOS’ website. Services to be provided by SIOS shall be subject to the SIOS Technical Support Agreement and is incorporated herein by such reference (the “TSA”). The TSA may be amended by SIOS at any time. You may not use or access the Services to support or maintain instances of SIOS or non-SIOS software other than Software Instances obtained from and for which you have paid Services Provider.
Services Access. GoodData hereby grants Company an access right and license to the Services so that Company may: (i) use the Services internally for Company’s business operations; (ii) use and reproduce the Documentation to assist Company in Company’s use of the Services; and (iii) if Company purchases a license for Embedded Analytics, then also create a Data Product and make the Services and/or the Data Product available to, or distribute the Data Product to, Company’s Direct Customers and Company’s Users; and allow Direct Customers and Indirect Customers to make the Services and/or the Data Product available to, or distribute the Data Product, to their respective Users and other Indirect Customers. For the avoidance of doubt, if Company purchases a license for Internal Analytics as indicated on the Order or Product Specific Terms, Section 2(a)(iii) shall not apply. GoodData reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or update the Services from time to time. GoodData will notify the Company in advance of changes to the Services that materially reduce their functionality.
Services Access. AT&T may use the Facilities to offer broadband or other services pursuant to terms and conditions, including pricing, agreed to between AT&T and its end user customers, and the County will not be a party to such service relationships with AT&T’s end user customers. Notwithstanding the foregoing, AT&T acknowledges that they submitted a proposal indicating affordable pricing. In addition, construction of any facilities needed to provide services, and provision of those services, will be subject to any property owner’s, homeowners’ association’s, or property developer’s right to deny AT&T access onto its private property and/or to the living units or business office spaces.
Services Access. To use the Services on a Compatible Mobile Terminal, you must have access to an electronic communication network. The connection costs (including but not limited to mobile providers’ and/or carriers’ costs), shall be exclusively borne by you. You acknowledge that the quality of the Services, the response time or access to certain features may depend on the capacities of your Compatible Mobile Terminal and of the electronic communication network. YACHTDATABANK may in no case be held responsible for resulting reduced user performance experience. You acknowledge that the Services may not be available for use on all mobile devices or through all carriers or network service providers.
Services Access. Confirm access needed from workstations for development and testing purposes, noting any required plug-ins or other needed modules.

Services Access. The Contractor must establish and maintain adequate Provider Networks to serve all of the eligible HealthChoices populations in the zone. Provider Networks must include, but not be limited to: hospitals, children's tertiary care hospitals, specialty clinics, trauma centers, facilities for high-risk deliveries and neonates, specialists, dentists, orthodontists, physicians, pharmacies, emergency transportation services, long-term care facilities, rehab facilities, home health agencies and DME suppliers in sufficient numbers to make available all services in a timely manner.
