Services Contracts. For the avoidance of doubt any change to the Panel Prices implemented pursuant to this Panel Agreement Schedule 3 are made independently of, and, subject always to paragraphs 2.1 and 2.2 of this Panel Agreement Schedule 3 and shall not affect the Charges payable by a Panel Customer under a Legal Services Contract in force at the time a change to the Panel Prices is implemented. Any variation to the Charges payable under a Legal Services Contract must be agreed between the Supplier and the relevant Panel Customer and implemented in accordance with the provisions applicable to the Legal Services Contract.

Services Contracts. For the construction of real property, which includes installation of Products or construction on-site, the State of Georgia considers Contractor to be a “registered contractor for sales tax purposes.” As a registered contractor in Georgia, Contractor is the “end user” of the Products, materials, supplies, equipment rentals, etc. incorporated into or used in the Services and is responsible for paying all applicable sales/use taxes on these items. Contractor must include applicable sales/use tax in the Contract Price for Services provided by Contractor, including taxes applicable to any Products, materials, supplies, etc. provided or used under a lump sum Contract for both Products and Services involving real property construction, improvement, repair, or maintenance, in which case the sales tax will not be a separate invoice line item.
