SERVICES COORDINATION. Digimarc shall designate a responsible individual with adequate authority and competence as a services representative whose responsibilities, in addition to those expressly set out in this Agreement, shall be to serve as primary interface with Licensee.
SERVICES COORDINATION. The Resource Specialist will be 31G’s focal point during performance of the Services.
