Common use of Services Delivery Framework Clause in Contracts

Services Delivery Framework. The Framework describes in detail how each work stream is defined, executed, managed, monitored, reviewed, accepted, and invoiced. The Contractor and Department both own chapters within the SDF, though the document must be mutually agreed-to. The SDF is a binding contractual document. Each mutually-approved revision is incorporated into the Statement of Work and may clarify or provide greater detail on Contractual obligations (for example, performance measures), however nothing in the Framework should be interpreted to supersede the Contract in case of conflict.
