The Initiation Phase clause defines the initial stage of a project or agreement, outlining the steps and requirements necessary to formally begin work. Typically, this clause specifies actions such as submitting required documentation, obtaining approvals, or meeting certain preconditions before the main obligations commence. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties are aligned and prepared before substantive activities start, thereby reducing misunderstandings and setting a clear foundation for the project or contractual relationship.
Initiation Phase. During this phase, we install your software in our secure, hosted (SaaS) data center utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS). The Supplier shall ensure that the Deliverables as further detailed in Appendix 1 and 2 are complete and ready for the agreed testing procedures, including live broadcasting, at the latest 30 days prior to the finalisation date as set out in Appendix 3.
