Common use of Serving of Notices Clause in Contracts

Serving of Notices. Any notice, demand or communication under or in connection with this Agreement may be served upon the other party by personal service, or by mailing the same by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid and addressed to the designated representative of such party at the address set out in this Agreement. Any such notice or demand shall be deemed served at the time of personal service or within 48 hours after the posting of the notice in the United States mail. Either party may change such designated representatives or mailing address by written notification to the other party.
