Initial Appointment Upon entering the classified service, an Employee shall receive compensation at the minimum of the salary range of the classified position for which hired. When economic conditions, unusual employment conditions or exceptional qualifications of a candidate for employment indicate that a higher rate would be in the City's best interest, the Department Head with the approval of the Human Resources Manager may authorize hiring at a rate above the minimum for the classified position for which the Employee is being hired, but in all cases, the rate is not to exceed the maximum for the job classification.
Project Managers The JBE’s project manager is: [Insert name]. The JBE may change its project manager at any time upon notice to Contractor without need for an amendment to this Agreement. Contractor’s project manager is: [Insert name]. Subject to written approval by the JBE, Contractor may change its project manager without need for an amendment to this Agreement.
Project Director The individual designated by the juvenile board or Chief Administrative Officer, who is to be responsible for the administration and coordination of grant funds in accordance with this Contract ,, the general grant requirements, and applicable Targeted Grant requirements.
Initial Appointments The Company appoints the Trustee as the initial Paying Agent, the initial Registrar and the initial Conversion Agent.
Grievance Representatives Within 30 working days after the execution of this Agreement, the Union shall furnish the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with a list of all persons authorized to act as the Chapter and UPI Local Grievance Representatives and shall update the list as changes occur. The designated Chapter Grievance Representative shall be an employee of the University and shall have the responsibility to meet classes, office hours, and other assigned duties and responsibilities. If the responsibilities of the Chapter Grievance Representative require rescheduling of the representative's University duties, the representative may, with the approval of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, arrange for the rescheduling of such duties or their coverage by colleagues. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The provisions of Article 15.4. shall also apply to the UPI Local Grievance Representative if he or she is an employee of the University.
